Movement for mind- body connection

Our nervous system, skeletal structure, movement and physical/emotional health are all connected.

Catherine Lupoli teaches movement, full body breathing, re-patterning survival responses and body mapping for nervous system regulation and structural change.

She uses The Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics™ , including Fajardo Method Valve Breathing™. This method used to treat all forms of illness and injury, but due to her personal experiences, Catherine's specialities are in pregnancy, birth, postpartum, codependency, relationships and autoimmune conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome.

This method is also a great fit for anyone who just wants to know more about how their body works, and what it really needs. The sessions are practice and experience oriented, but you will also learn -

. The changes to your anatomy depending on the state of your nervous system.

. Your personal survival patterns and how they present themselves in your life.

. How to tell the state of your nervous system moment to moment, and learn what your fight/flight triggers are.

. The benefits of full body breathing and how to allow your body to do it.

. How to set healthy boundaries and make positive changes in your personal relationships. These changes reflect the changes happening in your nervous system and physical structure, so they are genuine and more likely to stick.

About me

Hi! I am an Apprentice Instructor of the Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics. I am also a Mum, an artist and a passionate explorer of the wisdom of the body. I use practices that allow the body's own capacity for regulation, regeneration and improved well being to take place, without that process being rushed or manipulated by the facilitator.

I work with people over zoom or in person, and I am currently living between Cornwall, UK and Santa Barbara, CA with my husband and son.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
